KM 113-115

Went to Bandung last weekend. 
We want to surprise my mom and Aisha surprised her very well :).

Every time pass by Km 113-115, always amaze with the train bridges right next to the highway.
Built in the early 20th century by the Dutch and we're still using it today.

Next time plan to stop the car and try to hv picture with the family in front of the bridge (what a kick ass pic if we can do it).

WORK...WORK...STRESS...WORK!

Love to go to the weekend market like in Gasibu Square, Bandung.

I Believe In Pasta By Mia

You damn right, I believe in pasta by Mia ;).

 At this moment we have:

- Macaroni and Cheese, Plump Elbow Macaroni is bathed in a rich Cheese Sauce embellished with Ground Pepper, Romano, Cheddar Cheeses, and a pinch of Nutmeg. Don’t forget 100% beef.

- Lasagna, a first class Italian meat dish. Traditionally layered with Ricotta Cheese and Mozzarella Cheeses, then laced with a rich meaty Tomato Sauce in the Bolognese-style.

- Baked Beef Casserole, Freshly Ground Beef with Smoked Bacon in a rich Cream Sauce with Spring Onions and Italian Bread.

- Potato Au Gratin, Baked slice potato filled w/ creamy cheese sauce, beef bacon & onions, top w/ mozzarella & Parmesan Cheeses.

- Cannelloni, Layers of beef Bolognese, pasta strip, cream cheese & pan fried zucchinis + paprika + eggplant, top w/ parmesan, cheddar & mozzarella cheeses.

- Cheesy Mushroom, Baked bread filled w/ stir fried beef bacon, onions, paprika and tons of mushroom, lots of cheddar cheese and our secret sauce. Top w/ Mozzarella cheese.

From a concept...

 ...to a reality.

I just want to build something on my rooftop terrace.
I ended up making this abstract wood bars.

The wood is from the roof pillars of the old house, since we replace it with aluminum steel.

It's quite nice actually. So abstract.

Stair Project

 

I did this before, it was long time ago.

Instead looking on the dark wall every time I go up, better put colorful pages from my favorite "The Jakarta Post's Weekender".

Salute for their cover and sketch design!

It took me about 4 hrs, to select and glue the paper to the wall.

Thanks for Dian and Aisha, who help me to complete the project on time. =)

Concept to Reality

Starting as a concept...

 ended as a house.

This is a house purely came from our thought about what a tropical house should be, more large rooms and windows.

It's still a canvas, we will paint it step by step inside and out :).
